Chief Executive & Director

Ms. Kunjamma Mathew

Ms. Kunjamma Mathew leads Molethu's project, cost and safety management services across hotels, real estate and public sector projects. She brings over 30 years of experience in construction, real estate, IT, retail and BPO sectors with organisations including IBM, Reliance Retail, Eros Group, Unitech and Bhageeratha Engineering.

Over three decades managing complex capital projects from concept to completion across multiple sectors.
Strong technical grounding in quantity surveying, cost management and project coordination, with hands-on site experience, not just boardroom oversight.
Has led cost management and PMC mandates for large hotel, commercial, residential and infrastructure developments in NCR and other regions.
At Molethu, she drives client engagement, technical delivery and ensures that on-ground execution matches commitments made to clients.

Executive Director

Mr. Thomas Mathew

Thomas Mathew began his career at Bhagheeratha Engineering Ltd, a construction company — a foundation that gives him a direct understanding of the industry Molethu serves. With 35+ years of senior HR and organisational leadership across NIIT, NIS Sparta (Reliance Group), Centum Learning, Centum Foundation and Bharti Airtel Services (Bharti Group) and MindLeaders Learning India, he now leads Molethu PMC's strategic direction, organisational capability and financial governance as Executive Director.

He built Centum Foundation's skill development practice from scratch, managed P&Ls across Centum and MindLeaders and has been a member of the CII National Skill Development Committee and the FICCI Skill Development Committee.

35+ years of senior HR and organisational leadership — spanning construction, education, telecom, hospitality and skilling sectors across blue-chip Indian organisations.

Rare combination of HR depth and commercial breadth — talent management, corporate planning, business development and financial governance at scale.

Member, CII National Skill Development Committee and FICCI Skill Development Committee.

Vice President, Operations & Chief Quantity Surveyor

Mr. V.B. Singh

Mr. Verendra Bahadur Singh is a seasoned civil engineering professional with 29+ years of leadership experience in cost management, contract administration, project controls and construction project management. He currently serves as Vice President - Operations and Chief Quantity Surveyor for Molethu's key assignments, leading commercial governance, cost control and execution oversight.

B.E. - Civil Engineering, Institution of Engineers (India). Fellow - Institution of Valuers (India). Founding Committee Member - RICS India.
Deep expertise in cost planning, quantity surveying and contract administration across JCT, ICE, FIDIC, IRC and MORTH frameworks.
Has worked on marquee projects in hospitality (Taj, ITC, Hyatt, Leela Palace, JW Marriott, Grand Hyatt), healthcare, corporate (Intel, Dell, Adobe, SAP Labs, GE Capital), industrial (Ford, Komatsu, Shell, Honda) and infrastructure (metro, airports including Hyderabad, Mumbai and Dubai).
At Molethu, he brings commercial prudence, technical depth and structured process discipline to large-scale project assignments.
